Pet Proof Guarantee
The Screen Machine, an authorized Tiger Wire Dealer, guarantees that, under normal conditions, Tiger Wireâ„¢ screen will not rip or tear from a pet jumping, climbing or clawing on the mesh. This guarantee is good for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the property on which the Tiger Wireâ„¢ product was installed. Only the Tiger Wireâ„¢ screen material is covered under this guarantee.

Screen Door Frames, Channels, Hardware
Screen door frames, screen enclosure frames, and all other materials are covered under the Standard Tiger Tuff Door Series warranty. Tiger Tuff Door series warranty covers: screen door frames, screen enclosure frames, wheels, locks, hinges and hardware for a period of 3 years from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover abuse such as a person running and crashing into the screen door or frame, kicking the door frame, over extension of the pneumatic closer due to wind or improper use, corrosion from salt water/coastal environments, or improper installation of any of the above.
Warranty Claims
Upon written proof -of- purchase, a defective Tiger Wireâ„¢ screen will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of The Screen Machine, without charge. This guarantee will not apply if the Tiger Wireâ„¢ has been abused or improperly installed. Labor/service charges are not included in our guarantee. For customer assistance call 1-888-TIGER-88. THIS GUARANTEE EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

CARE GUIDE
At the heart of all Tiger Wire products there is mesh. Tiger Wire is woven of high tensile 304 grade, stainless steel mesh, surrounded by architectural grade aluminum framing. The Tiger Wire mesh used in your product is highly corrosion resistant; however all meshes can act as a filter, trapping airborne dirt and impurities and reducing the lifespan of your product.

Staining of the mesh coating caused by a combination of salt, moisture and airborne impurities may result in reddish marks (common airborne impurities) or ‘fluffy’ white marks (salt build up). It is therefore essential that routine maintenance occurs so as to keep the product in pristine condition and proper working order. Contact us for more details and complete Care Guide.
